File Operations

Entry: Menu bar → File

Open

Open replaces the full asset list — it overwrites the current assets.

Supported formats: LCC, LCC2, PLY

Version upgrade: Opening a legacy LCC file upgrades it to LCC2 automatically.

Import

Import adds incrementally and doesn't overwrite existing assets.

Supported formats: LCC, LCC2, PLY

Rules:

  • LCC files upgrade to LCC2 automatically on import
  • Duplicate names cannot be imported

Export

Exports edited results to a file.

Supported formats: LCC2, PLY

Export rules:

  • No model selected: all models merge into one file
  • Single model selected: only that model exports
  • Multiple models selected: merge into one file
  • PLY export writes one file per level

Save

Save exports in LCC2 format, writing every model individually into a single folder.

Rules:

  • The target folder must be empty
  • Each model is saved as its own LCC2 folder structure

Exit

Exits the application.
